1. Will I be charged sales tax on an online order?

All sales made within the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sales made outside of Texas will not be charged tax. If you are with a tax exempt organization, please contact us at 1-800-357-8330 with your Tax ID number.

2. What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item is currently out of stock, we will send you an e-mail as soon as possible with the approximate date the item will be shipped to you. If at that time you wish to cancel your order of that item, please let us know by phone or e-mail. If you do not cancel the order, that item will be shipped when it returns to stock. You will only be charged the original shipping fee for the initial order.

4. Does Top Brass ship to APO addresses?

We will absolutely ship to APO addresses.

5. Will Top Brass ship items such as knives, machetes, pepper spray or stun guns?

Top Brass will ship these items; however, it is incumbent upon the purchaser to be familiar with the laws in their area concerning the possession of such items. Top Brass assumes no responsibility for any legal ramifications occurring due to the possession of such items.

10. Are there items in your retail stores that aren’t available online?

Sure. Items available on the website only represent some of our best-selling items. There are thousands of items in our retail stores not found on our website. So don’t hesitate to call and inquire. Since we’ve been in business since 1971, we’ve had plenty of time to accumulate tons of interesting and hard-to-find merchandise.
