      Kershaw Scallion Knife - Pink #1620PINK

      Kershaw Scallion Knife - Pink #1620PINK

       $ 49.99

The all new Pink Scallion from Kershaw and Ken Onion is a small, yet practical knife for the gals. You'll never be at a loss with this blade on hand as you work your way through most obstacles in life.

The Pink Scallion's is a true Scallion with a blade that is made from 420HC stainless steel, making it sharp, durable and rust resistant. The pink  handle is anodized aluminum which increases the Scallion's weather resistance and gives you a good firm grip on the handle. The Pink Scallion is lightweight at only 2.3 ounces and comes with its own pocket clip.

The Pink Scallion features the Tip Safety Lock to keep the blade folded down in place when closed. A Locking Liner locks the blade into place when fully opened. It's also easy to release the liner with the press on a spring loaded lock. The SpeedSafe assisted opening system makes for easy ambidextrous opening of the blade.

Locking Liner

Locks the blade into position after the blade is deployed. To release the locking liner simply press the spring loaded lock and the blade will easily fold back into the handle.

Tip Safety Lock

The tip lock available on many of the Ken Onion SpeedSafe models provides added security to assure that the blade will not deploy while clipped into your pocket.

SpeedSafe® is the patented, assisted opening mechanism pioneered by Kershaw that makes it fast and easy to open a knife one-handed. SpeedSafe also makes it possible for Kershaw to ensure that even a large blade can move out of the handle just as smoothly and easily as a smaller one. Plus, many of their assisted folders are ambidextrous—and open with a flipper or a thumbstud on both sides of the blade—so they’re just as easy to use left-handed or right. To open a SpeedSafe knife, the user must apply manual pressure to overcome the resistance of the torsion bar. This means that SpeedSafe knives do not meet the definition of a switchblade; they do not deploy with the push of a button or by gravity alone. Once open, the blade locks safely into position until the user releases it.
