Thermal Performance
This innovative, high-performance knit combines cotton and INVISTA® T420 nylon 6,6 fiber to offer No Melt/No Drip performance when exposed to low-level thermal threats. When subjected to dangerously high temperatures, INVISTA® T420 fibers form gels and char around the cotton and then transform into an entirely new fabric structure that does not melt or drip.

Durability
What makes Cordura® NYCO knit fabrics so tough? INVISTA® T420 staple fiber. It’s the only nylon fiber in the world engineered to be specifically blended with cotton and cellulose fibers for high durability. The result is greater fabric strength, superior abrasion resistance, and fewer failures due to tears, holes and abrasions.
