I'm currently an infantryman with the US Army in the 10th Mountain Division. If anyone is familiar with the Army or the 10th Mountain you will know
that we use are legs as our method of travel. That being said we cannot store our gear in a vehicle, we must carry it on our backs. Over the years
training in Fort Drum and my 12 month rotation in the mountains of Afghanistan I have become quite the expert on large packs and bags. I had been
looking for quite some time before I made this purchase. I wanted something that I could pack at least three days worth of gear in yet not as
cumbersome as the Army's standard ruck sack. I read several reviews and watched videos and decided to go with thi pack. The numerous pockets and
compartments were a plus and the PALS webbing on the outside were a must. After wearing the pack on a five mile foot march through a pretty rough
trail to test it out and I couldn't have been more pleased. It seemed like I wasn't even wearing a pack at all let alone with the 50 pounds I packed
in it. The heavy duty zippers and double stitching throughout are awesome. I have also taken this ba to the range a few times to blow off some rounds
and it again worked flawlessly. I bought a couple additional pouches and attached to the outside. It has a separate pouch for a bladder as well as
external holes to Pyrrha tube through. I could go on about this pack and how amazing it is. Much better than the Army's issued assault pack and ruck
sack. If for some reason it ever fails I will definitely buy a new one. I also ordered from here because it was far cheaper than any other site. Once
again an excellent pack and the only complaint is that I never want to take it off. Not to mention multicam is flawless.
